MÒR Transport Development Place is a limited liability company, and is wholly owned by the working directors of the business.

Neil is a transport planner with over 28 years’ experience across the UK, Ireland and overseas - working closely with public and private sector clients on a wide range of development, infrastructure and transport projects.

He has a wealth of experience working as part of multi-disciplinary teams; supporting, managing, and overseeing projects from concept, through statutory approvals, to construction and occupation.

Lynda is a Chartered Transport Planner with 17 years industry experience, and a proven track record of sucessfully delivering projects to the most exacting of criteria and deadlines.

An accomplished project manager, she has a notable facility for successful engagement in complex multi-stakeholder environments involving clients, the public, and private stakeholders.
